New show for the Disharing Project!: A national Broadcast came to film Yuri's traditional Chinese dinner at Giorgio and Orietta's place.

Wired magazine argues that by 2020 our diet will be based mainly on insects. For each of us there are about 200 kg of biomass available ... with or without wings!
Thinking of eating something that creeps underground is (for most of us) disgusting, but the insects are already part of our diet. An example: Alchermes has the ingredients of a substance extracted from ladybugs.
