Debutto con il botto per il primo evento congiunto We Wine - Disharing.

5 intrepidi cuochi si sono rifugiati nel "ventre della balena" di Pinocchio, il locale dove Paolo chi ha gentilmente messo a disposizione la sua cucina per una serata di Show Cooking!





Due veri (e competitivi!) team di "cuochi per una sera" si sono confrontati nella preparazione, con gli stessi ingredienti, di antipasto, primo e dolce che sono stati serviti ai partecipanti della serata.

New show for the Disharing Project!: A national Broadcast came to film  Yuri's traditional Chinese dinner  at Giorgio and Orietta's place.





Since everything went perfectly, we do really hope it won't be the last cross-cultural event! See you soon, Yuri!!!

Thinking of eating something that creeps
underground is (for most of us) disgusting, but the insects are already part of our diet.  An example: Alchermes has the ingredients of a substance extracted from ladybugs.





What do you think of eating a skewer of scorpions?



What is the most "strange" thing you ate? We would like to understand the motivations that lead us to experiment in the kitchen and what prevents us from doing so.

We won't be able to stop wasting food.

Anyway, we think that being aware of the fact that almost 30% of the food we buy goes straight to the garbage (hopefully not all together!) will help people considering the possibility to START DISHARING!
